University of South Wales

 University of South Wales

We took some time out to visit the University of South Wales to see if there was anywhere we could serve the students, There is a place called The Meeting House which has a chaplaincy and a Chaplain to help direct students who need to find peace.

It started out as a mining college. The hills and valleys here were major mining villages but all the mines were shut down in the 1990s.

This is Michelle Romaniw. She is the Chaplain at the meeting house. We had a great visit with her. She told us that all groups are made by students and directed by students. She said we could send her a power point about the church which she could show to let students know where they could find out more about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
